emergency dental care
We know sudden emergency problems can arise within the mouth causing pain and discomfort, therefore here at Borrowash Dental Centre, our aim is to prioritise any urgent cases, so you can be seen quickly.
Our reception team will listen carefully to your problem and accordingly carry out a telephone triage with yourself, which will then be forwarded to a dentist. We will always aim to book you in for a SAME-DAY Emergency Appointment.
For our patients on our membership scheme, you’ll benefit from a free emergency assessment including X-Rays, free prescription (if necessary), as well as 20% off your treatment.
how to book an emergency appointment?
Whether you are a new or existing patient of Borrowash Dental Centre and you have a dental problem, please ring the practice and a member of our reception team can triage you.
If the practice is closed and you are able to wait until the practice reopens, please fill out our 'Online Dental Problem Form' where a member of the team will call you when the practice reopens and book you in for an emergency appointment.
The form can be accessed by clicking here or by clicking on the button below.
NHS Out-of-hours Service
If you are experiencing severe pain, bleeding or swelling outside of opening hours our patients should contact NHS 111. This service will go through a triage process and only real emergencies will be given an appointment. Call 111 to access this service.
